Explore the hinterland and try Istrian specialties like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija. This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place rich with ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is the place where you can find good beaches and restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac, you can play tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving center at the beautiful, small bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. Villa Alison is 12 km from Rabac and offers an outdoor swimming pool 8×4. The Villa is consisted of 2 furnished and individually arranged rooms and large outdoor swimming pool. Villa offers a small building with sauna and Jacuzzi.
The Villa is surrounded by nature, only here you can wake up with a unique view of the hill surrounded by greenery, in absolute isolation and away from the city crowd, certainly guarantees a pleasant and unforgettable vacation. Mein Mann, unser Hund und ich waren insgesamt 10 Tage in einer der beiden Villas und am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Die Lage ist toll, die Gastgeberin absolut großartig und das Haus einfach wunderschön! Wir sind total begeistert und kommen gerne wieder

Villa Alison Deluxe
Unser Urlaub in der Villa war einfach wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin ist fantastisch, total lieb, immer hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht einem einen wundervollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Der Pool ist ein Traum und der Spa Bereich ebenfalls ein Highlight in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist in unseren Augen auch sehr gut. Total ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit weg von Labin und Rabac, perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderwege für ausgedehnte Runden mit dem Hund sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Für kurze Gassi-Runden kann man einfach direkt in den Wald um die Ecke. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke an Danijela für den tollen Aufenthalt in einer deiner Villas!

Wir waren im September mit unserem Hund dort. Ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten. Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Das Haus ist neu, sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Highlights: toller Pool, alles sehr sauber, hochwertige Ausstattung, Ruhe und natürlich der unkomplizierte und perfekte Service von Danijela! Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderschöne Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Genau richtig wenn man Entspannung sucht und bereit ist auch mal ein paar Minuten zu fahren.
Die Gastgeberin hat immer sofort geantwortet, war super nett, flexibel und stets hilfsbereit!

Es war ein super erholsamer Urlaub. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Eine himmlische Ruhe. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass es ein schöner Urlaub wird. Man kann hier in der Umgebung schön spazieren gehen, gerade wenn man auch noch ein Hund dabei hat. Man wird hier von den Dorfbewohnern herzlich begrüßt. Wenn man nach einem langen Tagestrip müde ist, freut man sich das Tor zu öffnen um zu entspannen. Wie zu Hause, das sagt schon alles! Es war ein Genuss vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Wenn wir nochmal in Kroatien Urlaub machen wollen, wird Villa Alison Deluxe unser zu Hause sein. 100% Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Alison Deluxe Junior! Everything looks exactly like the pictures!!!!
The complex consists of two identical houses (Villa Alison Deluxe + Villa Alison Deluxe Junior) built next to each other.
Both houses are completely separate from each other and fenced. Although the houses are next to each other, you have your privacy and are not disturbed. The location is very quiet and close to nature, you are undisturbed here and can enjoy the peace and quiet. The houses are new - just finished around June 2023. The equipment of the house is very high and you can feel immediately with what attention to detail Danijela has thought through and furnished everything. Danijela has been more than just a host to us! If we had any questions, she contacted us immediately and our well-being was really important to her. We can really only recommend these holiday homes and will definitely come back!

Sehr schöne Neue Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr schön für ein Familienurlaub. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ich kann diese Villa jedem der seinen Urlaub in Ruhe genießen will nur weiter empfehlen.

Prekrasna, vrlo tiha vila, savršeno opremljena i vrlo čista. Vila je super ograđena i oko kuće postoje lijepe staze za šetnju. Labin, Rabac i Ravni su dostupni brzo. Kontakt s Danijelom je super ugodan, jako se potrudila unaprijed i dala nam sve informacije, a također je bio odličan kontakt tijekom odmora. Čak nam je pomogla nabaviti ulaznice za koncert i priuštila nam nezaboravnu večer :) Cijena za vilu je apsolutno poštena s obzirom na sadržaje i lokaciju. Ako želite lijep, miran odmor, možete rezervirati ovdje bezbrižno. Topla preporuka 👍🏻

I recently stayed at this beautiful property and can confidently say it was an amazing experience. The luxury accommodations exceeded my expectations, providing everything I needed and wanted during my holiday. The location was perfect - just a short drive away from the beach and supermarket. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making my family and I feel right at home. My kids especially loved this place and can't wait to come back again.
